AFAIK, Ancient Ruins of Kranioi contains 3 historical locations:

  3. Temple of Zeus Chthonios

  1. Drogarati Cave

  2. Lake Abythos

  3. Melissani Cave

  4. Sami

  1. Village of Kausos

  2. Eumaios's Pig Farm

  3. Melanthios's Goat Farm

  4. Odysseus's Palace

  1. Aggalaki Cave

AFAIK, Pronnoi Peninsula contains 3 historical locations:
 

  1. Kleptous Bay

  2. Shepherd's Hill*

  3. Tomb of the Suitors

* Shepherd's Hill doesn't show up on the map, but, upon being discovered for the 1st time, it does say "NEW HISTORICAL LOCATION DISCOVERED" (proof: http://youtu.be/7_TAQjET0UE?t=257)
